If you look at the pictures it seems to be the same as the 100W amp.
The MRF186 is rated 120W, any more will cause falure of the transistor.
My guess is that the seller is using the input power to te amp in stead of the output.

I used to sell these amps a few years ago.
Be a bit carefull when connected to Yaesu radios.
The ALC might be a bit slow, therfore it is a good idea to set the drive form the rig to 18-20W or what ever drive required to have full poweroutput on the linear.
