Re: What has FT8 done for 6m ?
I have worked several stations this year on FT8 that I have never even heard/seen on 6 before so for me, it has also increased my contact count.ZL3MH wrote: The numbers on 6m have doubled on tripled with FT8 so like it or not
FT8 has increased the activity a lot.

Maybe someone on JT65 who forgot to switch to USB ??? I have decoded JT65 on LSB occasionally. I usually reply to them with "try USB" and that has worked.

I have seen patterns similar to this in the waterfall of 'EasyPal' , the digital sstv software. People send sound files that generate these types of things as their "signature" at the beginning and or end of their picture..... it might be something like this..

Re: Looking for tolerant low signal digital mode
Hello Peter. Have you tried JT-9 ?? I use JT9 on HF quite a bit and have found that it is pretty good even when other signals, like RTTY come up. I have not tried it on bands higher than HF a lot, having only 2 x 6m JT9 contacts and they were in to VK2 & VK3.

Just starting out with using LOTW and I can't figure out what this means. Does anyone know? This is a screen cap of a QSO record querry. There are some QSLs with ticks and others with tick boxes. I know they are related to the DXCC awards, but I can't understand why some are 'pre-ticked' and others...

Re: JT65, JT9, WSPR on 6m. Missed opportunity?
A Has it simply been that the 6m ops have been slow to utilize these modes? I Yes! I have been using JT65 since 2008 and currently have logged well over 8k contacts on JT65 & 600+ on JT9. My first contact on that mode was with Jim, VK3II and was on the 2m band. Over many years I made mention of...

Also, I downloaded the latest HRD demo and can confirm it doesn't have the functionality either :( Have you had a look at Log4OM ??? I think, but an not 100% sure, that it interfaces with Frequency Manager. Log4OM is free and has the best support of any free software that I have ever seen. http://w...
