Sad news indeed ! I worked Harry only a couple of weeks ago on 2 m troppo across the ditch with a single 8 ele yagi, great signal as usual! he will be missed.

no complaints from me been a great radio, I have it as a portable rig all bands and also use it for repeaters, never had a problem ! touch wood ( murphy bugga off) !!! cheers

Gday All I am trying to get hold of a couple of male N connectors for cellflex SCF14-50 coax as I have a fair bit that I want to use ,tried element 14 rf parts etc no luck so far, anyone got any hints (or spare connectors ) will to pay reasonable price. cheers . mark VK2AMS

couldnt agree more Ian i am currently setting up another dish /feeds/ etc for 3.4 ghz and above as there are few microwavers in this area but plenty overseas so would not like to get all operational then lose 3.4 ghz!

Gday all I will be in Brisbane visiting my Daughter on the week of 23 on 23 activity and have made up a support for my gridpack dish on the rear of the car , will only have 1W output from the tranverter but will give it a go ( the xyl approves as it will leave those two girls alone)! :D looking forw...
