I cannot answer that question for you. 
What you see above is what it’s known to work with.

You are wasting your time asking me if your unlisted Eltek will work. 

If you you do not see it listed above, you would need to try other variants at your own risk.

 

Note: Eltek chargers use a different CAN bus protocol compared to Eltek rectifiers, and are not compatible.
