VK4RTT 2M Beacon Upgrade

Learn more about the new VK4RTT beacon, now in service, as of Sunday January 20, 2013.

The previous beacon served the VHF community very well, for around 30 years, but over time became increasingly unreliable.

So, a replacement was commissioned.
